Greg Blyth – Owner & Operator

Born and raised in Saskatoon, Sk, Greg Blyth began his journey in hospitality after moving to London in 2001. While working at the iconic Fighting Cocks in London, he discovered his passion for wine — a curiosity that quickly became a lifelong pursuit.

Greg went on to refine his expertise in fine dining, writing wine list and tasting numerous wines per week, building his pallet slowly over time.  

Operating Vice Imports since 2016, he has worked closely with family-run estates, specializing in organic and biodynamic farming practices that emphasize low yields and exceptional quality.

Today, as the Owner and Operator of a Western Canada–based wine and spirits distribution company, Greg combines international experience with a down-to-earth approach. His focus is on connecting remarkable producers with discerning clients, celebrating craftsmanship, sustainability, and authenticity in every bottle., sk
